To have a true Tuscan cuisine experience, we propose you a wonderful location due to the passion that the manager puts into doing things: the Poderaccio.
At the Poderaccio you will have the opportunity to have a culinary experience based on the principles of healthy eating and attentive to local food and local traditions. During the experience you will use simple and fresh ingredients (produced by them or by other local producers), you will understand how to choose quality products and you will learn to use your hands to treat the raw materials.
The experience will not only be practical: Francesca and her collaborators will also talk to you about the importance of choosing the food we buy to nourish ourselves nowadays and you will have the opportunity to acquire greater awareness of the interconnection between food, planet, people and culture.
The experiences we have selected for you at a cost of €100 per person (max 4 people), including lunch/dinner and organic Chianti wine are:
- Fresh pasta (ravioli, tagliatelle, spaghetti) - Always available on request
- Schiacciata (Tuscan focaccia), pizza, and sourdough and ancient grain bread - Available on Fridays
only. The experience will end with a pizza cooked in the old oven and a convivial dinner with the other guests of the farmhouse.
