Torre a Cona is a splendid estate located on the border between Chianti and Valdarno. Its history is lost over the centuries, just think that the first document attesting the existence of a settlement in the area dates back to 1066 AD. Not yet structured like today, it was known as Quona Castle. Razed to the ground, with the sole exception of the large 12th century tower, it was rebuilt between the 12th century and 1750.

For almost 100 years the Rossi di Montelera family has owned it and looked after it with all the love and care that such a work deserves. In the recent past, the new generation of the family has undertaken a tourism and wine management project to share it with tourists visiting Florence and Tuscany.
